By purchasing, accessing, or using any products or services provided by Med Aptitude (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Med Aptitude provides digital educational resources, including but not limited to:

UCAT preparation materials

Full-length UCAT-style practice exams
-
A UCAT preparation textbook
-
A medical school interview preparation textbook
All products are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for students preparing for the UCAT and medical school interviews. By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 16 years old, or
-
You have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account Access & Usage

Access to Med Aptitude materials is granted to one individual user only.

Account sharing, credential sharing, resale, redistribution, or unauthorised access is strictly prohibited.

Med Aptitude reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if misuse is detected, without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Med Aptitude — including practice exams, questions, explanations, textbooks, and written materials — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content
Upload content to third-party platforms
Share access credentials with any other person
A fine of $1,000 will be issue per access granted to non-members. This will be placed on the member who has shared access.
Any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
5. No Guarantee of Results or Admission
Med Aptitude provides educational resources only.
We do not guarantee:

Any specific UCAT score or percentile
-
Admission to any medical school
-
An interview offer or interview success
UCAT results and university admissions depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
6. Conditional Money-Back Guarantee
Med Aptitude offers a limited, conditional money-back guarantee, subject to strict eligibility requirements.
6.1 Guarantee Overview
A refund may be considered if a student:

Consistently achieves 90th percentile or higher in Med Aptitude UCAT mock exams, and
-
Scores significantly below this level in the official UCAT examination.
Meeting the criteria below does not automatically entitle a student to a refund.
6.2 Eligibility Criteria (All Conditions Must Be Met)
To be considered for a refund, the student must satisfy all of the following:

Consistent High Performance
Achieve ≥90th percentile in the 20 full-length UCAT mock exams provided by Med Aptitude.

Timed & Complete Attempts
All qualifying mock exams must be:
-
Completed under full timed conditions
-
Completed in one continuous sitting
-
Completed without skipping sections or questions
-
-
Verifiable Proof
Provide clear and verifiable evidence of:
-
Mock exam percentile scores
-
Completion logs and timestamps
-
-
Official UCAT Sitting
Sit the official UCAT exam after completing the required mock exams.

Significant Underperformance
“Significantly below” is determined at the sole discretion of Med Aptitude after reviewing official UCAT results.

No Breach of Terms
The student must not have breached any Terms of Service, including access sharing or misuse.
6.3 Refund Review Process (for the money back guarantee)
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving official UCAT results.
All claims are reviewed manually.
Approval is at the sole discretion of Med Aptitude and based on the T&C's above
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
6.4 Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply to:

First-time UCAT sitters without a prior benchmark

Partial or rushed completion of mock exams
-
Practice not completed under genuine exam conditions
-
Any misuse or breach of these Terms
7. Payments & Refunds (General)
All purchases are final - we do not provide refunds as purchase of our products provides instant digital access
Change-of-mind refunds are not provided.
Prices may be updated at any time without notice.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Med Aptitude is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential loss

Stress, anxiety, or exam-day performance outcomes
-
Decisions made based on course content
Use of our services is at your own discretion.
10. Changes to These Terms
Med Aptitude reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
